环境风速对四旋翼植保无人机喷施雾滴飘移的影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究四旋翼植保无人机田间施药过程中风速对雾滴飘移的影响,分别在风速为0.1、2.4、2.5、3.1、3.4、4.0m/s6种不同风速下进行喷施试验。试验结果表明:随着风速的增大,沉积区雾滴起始点会产生位移,当风速增大到3.1m/s时,雾滴沉积的起始点移动1.75m,风速增大到4m/s时,雾滴沉积的起始点移动3.5m;风速对沉积区采集点上的雾滴覆盖度影响显著,对雾滴密度影响不显著;风速对飘移区采集点上的雾滴覆盖度和雾滴密度影响均显著;风速越大,雾滴飘移距离越远,风速为4m/s时,采集点50m处仍有雾滴沉积。研究可为植保无人机在不同环境风速下作业时的飘移缓冲区的设置提供参考。 In order to study the effect of wind speed on droplet drift during the field application of four-rotor plant protection drones,a experiment with 6 different wind speed 0.1m/s,2.4m/s,2.5m/s,3.1m/s,3.4m/s and 4.0m/s was operated.The result shows that with the wind speed increased,the starting point of the droplet in the sedimentation zone produce displacement.When wind speed at 3.1m/s,starting point of droplet deposition is shifted by 1.75m and when wind speed at 4.0m/s,starting point of droplet deposition is shifted by 3.50m;Wind speed has a significant effect on the droplet coverage at the collection point in the sedimentary area,and has no significant effect on the droplet density.It has significant effects on the droplet coverage and droplet density at the collection point in the drift area.The greater the wind speed,the farther the drift of the droplets is.When the wind speed is 4m/s,there will still be droplets deposited at 50m at the collection point.This study provides a reference for the setting of the drift buffer when the plant protection drone operates under different environmental wind speeds.
