直肠前突的诊疗进展

直肠前突作为导致出口梗阻型便秘的常见因素之一,越来越受到人们的关注。直肠前突为器质性病变,药物疗效较差,以及患者对手术治疗存在畏惧心理导致依从性较低,从而忽视了手术治疗的这一重要途径,严重影响了治疗该病的整体水平,导致部分患者疗效不佳。为此,肛肠界学者百家争鸣,越来越多的术式也应运而生,本文就直肠前突的发生、诊断、治疗及术后并发症做一综述,以求在前人的经验及基础上,将直肠前突的术式推广及进一步创新,提高直肠前突的治愈率。

As one of the common factors leading to constipation caused by outlet obstruction,rectocele has attracted more and more attention.The rectocele is an organic lesion,the efficacy of drugs is poor,and patients are afraid of surgical treatment,which leads to low compliance.Therefore,the patients ignored the important way of surgical treatment.It seriously impacted the overall level of treatment of the disease,thus resulting in poor efficacy of some patients.For this reason,scholars in anorectal field contend with each other,and more and more surgical methods have emerged.The occurrence,diagnosis,treatment and postoperative complications of rectocele were reviewed in this article,in order to promote and further innovate the surgical methods of rectocele and improve the cure rate of rectocele.
