摘要
目的分析成果导向教育理念(OBE)指导下的问题导向教学法(PBL)结合传统讲授教学法(LBL)应用在内科学教学中所取得的效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月期间本院的120名在校高校学生,应用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组学生实施LBL教学法,试验组学生实施以OBE为导向的PBL与LBL联合教学法,并比较两组的理论、操作考核成绩、对教学模式的评价、对教师好评率及教学满意率。结果试验组学生理论、操作考核成绩、对教学模式的评价、对教师好评率及教学满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法结合LBL教学法应用在内科学教学中可以取得理想的效果,该方法在现阶段教学领域中具有一定的推广和应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the problem-based learning(PBL)method oriented by the outcome-based education(OBE)concept in combination with the traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)method in internal medicine theory teaching.Methods According to the random digital table method,120 college students in our college were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group from December 2018 to December 2019,with 60 students in each group.LBL method was applied to the control group while OBE-oriented PBL method combined with LBL method was applied to the experimental group,and theory,operational assessment results,evaluation of teaching model,teacher praise rate and teaching satisfaction rate of each group were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of theory,operation examination,evaluation of teaching mode,teachers'praise rate and teaching satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group,the differences ware statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL method combined with LBL method in internal medicine teaching can achieve ideal results,which provides certain promotion and application value in the current teaching field.
