程序化护理在压力性损伤高危患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of sequencing nursing in high-risk patients with pressure injury

目的探究程序化护理在压力性损伤高危患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年7月至2020年8月收治的300例压力性损伤高危患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组150例与观察组150例。对照组开展常规护理模式,观察组开展程序化护理模式,比较两组压力性损伤发生率、严重程度、发生危险程度及护理满意度情况。结果观察组压力性损伤发生率8.67%(13/150)低于对照组27.33%(41/150),严重程度、发生危险程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为98.67%(148/150)高于对照组84.67%(127/150),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论程序化护理在压力性损伤高危患者中应用可降低压力性损伤发生率及严重程度,提升患者对护理服务的满意程度,值得应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of sequencing nursing in h igh-risk patients with pressure injury(PI).Methods A total of 300 high-risk patients with PI admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=150)and the observation group(n=150)by the random envelope method.The control group received the conventional nursing mode,and the observation group received the sequencing nursing.The incidence of PI,the severity of PI,the risk of PI and patients'satisfaction with nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of PI was 8.67%(13/150)in the observation group,lower than 27.33%(41/150)in the control group.The severity and risk of PI were lower in the observation group than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with nursing was 98.67%(148/150)in the observation group,higher than 84.67%(127/150)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequencing nursing can reduce the incidence and severity of PI and improve the satisfaction with nursing of high-risk patients with PI,which is worthy of application and promotion.
