社会支持及心理资本与急性白血病患者生活质量关系研究

Research on the correlation among social support,psychological capital and quality of life in patients with acute leukemia

目的了解急性白血病患者的社会支持、心理资本和生活质量现状,探讨三者之间的相关性,研究患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法选取新疆乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院2020年1—4月收治的119例急性白血病患者为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、积极心理资本量表(PPQ)、癌症治疗功能评价量表(FACT-Leu)进行问卷调查,采用方差分析、相关分析和多元线性回归分析等进行统计分析。结果急性白血病患者SSRS总分为(41.50±8.15)分,PPQ总分为(134.79±17.50)分,FACT-Leu总分为(108.63±26.08)分。患者生活质量与主观支持维度和乐观维度得分呈正相关,与心理韧性维度得分呈负相关。结论社会支持、心理资本与生活质量之间密切相关,通过加强及推广急性白血病患者及其家属的社会支持和心理资本相关的管理及知识,可以有效提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To comprehend the status quo of social support,psychological capital and quality of life in patients with acute leukemia,investigate the correlation among them,and probe into the quality of life of patients and its impacting factors.Methods A total of 119 patients with acute leukemia admitted to a tertiary A hospital in Urumqi,Xinjiang from January to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.Questionnaire survey was conducted with the general demographic data table,social support rating scale(SSRS),positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ)and functional assessment of cancer therapy for leukemia(FACT-Leu),and statistical analysis was conducted with variance analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,etc.Results The total scores of acute leukemia patients were(41.50±8.15)in SSRS,(134.79±17.50)in PPQ,and(108.63±26.08)in FACT-Leu.The quality of life of patients was positively correlated with the scores of subjective support dimension and optimism dimension,and negatively correlated with the scores of mental toughness dimension.Conclusion Social support,psychological capital and quality of life are closely related.Through strengthening and promoting the management and knowledge related to social support and psychological capital of patients with acute leukemia and their families can effectively boost the quality of life of pat ients.
