摘要
提供一种单端转双端差分的高速模拟电路,其目的在于克服对高成本、高速以及高带宽集成运放芯片的依赖。该电路用于将单端模拟信号进行增益调整转换成双端差分输出,既能保证电路性能,又能满足后级芯片输入信号的电气特性,电路适用于高速ADC输入级的设计应用。
This paper presents a high speed analog circuit with single-end to double-end differential,which aims to overcome the dependence on high cost,high speed and high bandwidth integrated op amplifier chips.The circuit is used to adjust the gain of the single-ended analog signal and convert it to the double-ended differential output,which can not only guarantee the circuit performance,but also satisfy the electrical characteristics of the input signal of the post-stage chip,so that the circuit is suitable for the design and application of the input stage of high-speed ADC.
