短波发射机射频前端放大电路设计与实现

摘要 目前设计的前端放大电路仅从低噪声放大电路着手,导致安装在短波发射机上的电路运行效率降低,针对这一问题提出短波发射机射频前端放大电路设计与实现。分析短波发射机射频信号传输过程,从前端低噪声放大电路和前端功率放大电路两个方面设计射频前端放大电路,同时计算前端低噪声放大电路的增益、稳定及抗噪声性能指标、前端功率放大电路功率增益、输出及效率性能指标。分别改变短波发射机的工作频率与输入功率,实验结果表明,该设计电路可以提高短波发射机的运行效率,增加信号强度,降低噪声干扰。 The front-end amplifier circuit designed at present,only from the low noise amplifier circuit,designs the front-end amplifier circuit,which leads to the circuit installation on the short wave transmitter,and the operation efficiency is reduced.In view of this problem,the RF front-end amplifier circuit of HF transmitter is designed and implemented.The RF signal transmission process of HF transmitter is analyzed.The RF front-end amplifier circuit is designed from two aspects,low noise amplifier circuit and front-end power amplifier circuit.The performance indexes of gain,stability and noise resistance of low noise amplifier circuit are calculated,and the performance indexes of power gain,output and efficiency of front-end power amplifier circuit are calculated,and the operation diagram of low noise amplifier circuit and power amplifier circuit is designed.According to the design results of circuit diagram,the RF front-end amplifier circuit topology structure is realized to realize RF front-end amplifier circuit.The experimental results show that the two sets of circuits are installed in the short wave transmitter respectively.The design circuit can improve the efficiency of the short wave transmitter,increase the signal strength and reduce the noise interference.
