微波法消除杀生剂对污水处理生化系统的影响

摘要 某企业间歇式生产精细化工品,生产废水由自建含生化处理系统的污水处理设施处理达标后排放。随着企业发展,开始生产杀生剂和消毒剂,含杀生剂的生产污水进入污水处理设施对微生物产生严重冲击,导致污水处理设施不能正常运行,出水无法实现达标排放。为解决杀生剂对污水处理系统的影响,经研究,600W微波预处理其杀生剂生产污水10min,污水可生化性提升,消除了杀生剂生产对生化处理系统的影响,污水处理设施出水实现稳定达标排放。 An enterprise produces fine chemicals intermittently,and the production wastewater is discharged after being treated by a self-built sewage treatment facility with a biochemical treatment system.With the development of the enterprise,the production of biocides and disinfectants began.The production wastewater containing biocides entered the sewage treatment facility and caused a serious impact on the microorganisms.As a result,the sewage treatment facility could not operate normally,and the effluent could not meet the discharge standards.In order to solve the impact of biocides on the sewage treatment system,after research,600W microwave pretreatment was used to pretreat its biocide production sewage for 10 minutes,the biodegradability of sewage was improved,eliminating the impact of biocide production on the biochemical treatment system,and the sewage treatment facility effluent was stabilized Discharge.
