摘要
纯水在石油化工生产中的重要地位日渐突出,作为直接与生产产品接触最常用的介质之一,纯水供给系统的稳定性与经济性已成为影响化工生产产品的生产稳定及生产成本的重要因素。本文讨论了双膜法(UF+RO)+阴阳离子床的纯水加药系统改造以及提高药剂浓度对产水单耗的影响,希望给化工生产中纯水节能减排改造带来积极的作用。
As one of the most commonly used media in direct contact with products,DM water plays an increasingly important role in petrochemical production,and the stability and economical efficiency of DM water supply system is a key factor on the stability and cost in the process of chemical production.By this article,we discuss the transformation of the double membrane method(UF+RO)plus Cation-Anion bed DM dosing system and the effect of increasing the concentration of the reagent on the unit consumption of raw water,and hoping to bring a positive effect to the transformation of DM energy saving and emission reduction in chemical production.
