摘要 凝结水泵是600 MMW火力发电机组重要的6 kV系统厂用辅机。凝泵工频运行时除氧器水位采用水位调整门控制,最大负荷时阀门开度较低;低负荷运行时阀门开度更小,节流损失大,如果将凝结水泵工频改为变频调速控制,运行中需消耗的厂用电量则大大降低。 The condensate pump is an important auxiliary machine for the 6 kV system of the 600 MMW thermal power generating unit.The water level of the deaerator is controlled by a water level adjustment gate when the condensate pump is operating at a power frequency.The valve opening is lower at maximum load;the valve opening is smaller at low load operation and the throttling loss is large.If the power frequency of the condensate pump is changed to a variable frequency control Speed control,the power consumption of the plant during operation is greatly reduced.
