摘要
兰州热电公司直接空冷机组在夏季高温时,机组背压升高,带负荷能力变差,机组负荷调峰范围受限,发电效益受损,同时地处西北地区,风沙大,导致空冷散热器换热效率降低,严重妨碍机组出力,煤耗升高,发电成本增加。本文对直接空冷机组夏季带负荷能力受限的改造方案及经济效益进行了详细分析。
When the direct air cooling unit is in high temperature in summer,the back pressure of the unit increases,the load carrying capacity becomes worse,the range of peak load regulation of the unit is limited,and the power generation benefit is damaged.At the same time,the large sandstorm in Northwest China leads to the decrease of heat exchange efficiency of the air cooling radiator,which seriously hinders the output of the unit,increases the coal consumption,and increases the power generation cost.In this paper,the transformation scheme and economic benefit of direct air cooling unit with limited load capacity in summer are analyzed in detail.
