三菱M701F型燃气轮机启动过程中SFC跳闸分析

摘要 静止变频器(SFC)系统和励磁系统是三菱701F燃气轮机联合循环机组的重要组成部分,SFC系统的功能是将燃气轮机和发电机的转子加速到自持的速度。燃气轮机起动时,SFC系统从高压电力系统或从连接于厂用电母线上取电。SFC将恒定的电压和频率电源变换成电压和频率可变的电源。可变的电源施加于发电机的定子线圈,使发电机在起动期间作为同步电动机。励磁系统将直流电源通入发电机转子中满足启动要求。启动过程出现故障严重影响了机组正常运行,本文就这一系统进行探讨。 SFC system and excitation system are important components of Mitsubishi 701F gas turbine combined cycle unit.The SFC system accelerates the rotors of the gas turbine and generator to a self﹣sustaining speed.When the gas turbine is started,the static frequency converter(SFC)system draws power from the high﹣voltage power system or from the bus connected to the auxiliary power supply.SFC transforms a constant voltage and frequency power supply into a variable voltage and frequency power supply.The variable power is applied to the stator coil of the generator,so that the generator acts as a synchronous motor during start﹣up.The excitation system feeds the DC power supply into the generator rotor to meet the start﹣up requirements.A failure during the start﹣up process will seriously affect the normal operation of the unit.This system will be discussed.
