基于小水电接入的成套设备及其近端维护系统的研究

摘要 广西水力资源丰富,小水电数量多、分布广泛,而分布式小水电接入电网将改变传统配电网的单电源辐射网络,变成双端或多端的有源网络,电网结构越发复杂,潮流分布、故障短路电流大小和方向都会发生改变,导致原有的故障定位方法、继电保护不再适用。文章从广西分布式小水电接入电网中小电流接地故障的处理展开研究,得到分布式小水电在不同渗透率条件下的技术改造方案。对保障配电网的供电稳定性,配电终端的系统安全以及推进分布式电源的可持续发展具有促进意义,提升了配电网对分布式小水电的容纳能力。 Guangxi is rich in hydropower resources,and the number of small hydropower is widely distributed.The access of distributed small hydropower to the grid will change the single﹣source radiation network of the traditional distribution network into a dual﹣terminal or multi﹣terminal active network.The structure of the power grid becomes more complex,and the distribution of power flow,the magnitude and direction of the fault short﹣circuit current will change,causing the original fault location method and relay protection to no longer apply.Research on the treatment of small﹣current grounding faults in Guangxi distributed small hydropower grids connected to the grid,and provide technical transformation programs for distributed small hydropower under different permeability conditions.The research results of this article are of great significance for ensuring the power supply stability of the distribution network,the system safety of the distribution terminal,and the promotion of the sustainable development of distributed power sources,and it improves the capacity of the distribution network for distributed small hydropower.
