摘要
随着铝合金电缆在中压电力系统中的大量应用,特别是在风力发电场集电线路中的应用,电缆中间接头电流型故障频发,造成大量经济损失,并对电力系统安全运行产生巨大威胁。科研团队经过深入试验和分析,判定了故障发生的多层次原因,并以提高中间接头连接管处载流能力为主要目的,提出了改进中间接头连接管传统压接工艺的措施。经过科学验证,改进后的压接工艺可使电缆中间接头导体连接部获得极好的电气和机械性能,将为输变电工程电缆线路施工和故障处理提供真实、可靠的技术依据。
With the extensive application of aluminum alloy cable in medium voltage power system,especially in the collection line of wind power plant,the current type fault of cable intermediate joint occurs frequently,resulting in a lot of economic losses,and posing a huge security threat to the safe operation of power system.After in﹣depth test and analysis,the scientific research team determined the multi﹣level causes of the failure,and put forward measures to improve the traditional crimping process of the intermediate joint connecting pipe with the main purpose of improving the current carrying capacity of the intermediate joint connecting pipe.After scientific verification,the improved crimping process can make the conductor connection part of the cable intermediate joint obtain excellent electrical and mechanical properties,which will provide a real and reliable technical basis for the cable line construction and fault treatment of power transmission and transformation engineering.
