油茶籽干燥机多温区控制仿真应用

摘要 针对油茶籽多温区干燥的特性,提出了一种油茶籽多温层干燥控制系统的设计方法。油茶籽干燥箱分为5个温度层,由4层链网组成。由于5个进风口风阀对5个温度层有耦合影响,采用了静态解耦的方法,得到各层传递函数,并设计了模糊PID控制器,以达到油茶籽干燥工艺要求。对油茶籽多温层干燥箱控制系统进行了仿真验证,结果表明:各温层控制器达到了控制要求,控制效果良好,可为研制油茶籽多温层干燥机提供理论依据。 When the camellia seed is dried,the temperature is controlled in stages to facilitate high-efficiency and energy-saving production.In view of this multi-temperature zone drying characteristics,a design method for a camellia seed multi-temperature layer drying control system is proposed.The camellia seed drying box is divided into five The temperature layer is composed of a 4-layer chain network.Due to the coupling effect of the 5 air inlet dampers on the 5 temperature layers,a static decoupling method is used to obtain the transfer function.A fuzzy PID controller is designed to achieve the camellia seed drying process.Requirements,the simulation and verification of the control system of the Camellia oleifera seed multi-layer drying box was carried out.The results show that the temperature-layer controllers meet the control requirements and the control effect is good,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the Camellia seed multi-layer dryer.
