用于园林软景观管理的喷灌装置设计分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了适应园林软景观的大范围喷洒要求,需要降低成本、提升精度,基于射流附壁效应,设计了负压反馈调节射流喷洒装置。以射程和喷洒均匀性作为衡量喷洒效果指标,讨论喷头口径、喷管长度、喷洒角度和工作压力对于喷洒效果的影响,并采用正交分析的方法进行优化。优化结果表明:工作压力为0.25MPa,主副喷口直径为5、4mm,喷洒角度为30°,主副喷管长度均为6cm,且优化后的装置在旋转过程中各象限时间偏差分布于1.9%~3%之间。对该装置和常见摇臂式喷洒装置进行对比测试,结果表明:本装置射程较远且远端均匀性较好,最优工作压力较低,为0.25MPa。 In order to reduction cost and improving accuracy for sprinkling irrigation of Garden Soft Landscape,the Negative Pressure Feedback Sprinkler was designed based on wall attachment effect of jet.Range and spraying uniformity were taken as indexes for spraying.The effects of Nozzle diameter,Nozzle length,spraying angle and working pressure on spraying were analyzed.The optimal design was taken by orthogonal analysis,and the result was that working pressure was 0.25 MPa,Nozzle diameters were 4 mm and 5 mm,the spraying angle was 30°,and Nozzle lengths were 6 cm.Time deviation range of different quadrants was 1.9%-3%while the device was rotating.The comparison test between this device and rocker arm sprayer,the result showed that this device had long range and remote uniformity,and the working pressure was 0.25 MPa.
