棉花秸秆剪切打捆收获机的设计与优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 设计了一种棉花秸秆剪切打捆收获机,可实现对田间棉秆进行导向、剪切、拨秆、切断、输送及打捆回收作业。利用SolidWorks软件对棉花秸秆剪切打捆收获机进行整机建模,并对关键部件剪切动刀和摇臂连杆进行了静力学分析。结果表明:动刀在正常工作下的最大等效应力为286MPa,最大形变为0.4mm,低于刀具材料的最大屈服强度;偏心摇臂在正常工作下的最大等效应力为0.027MPa,最大形变为0.000073mm,远低于摇臂连杆材料的最大屈服强度,可以保证机器的合理性与适用性。研究结果可为机具进一步优化设计提供理论参考,对棉秆收获研究和棉秆资源化利用具有积极意义。 In this paper,a cotton straw cutting and binding harvester is designed,which can guide,cut,pull,cut,transport and recycle the cotton straw in the field.Based on the Solidworks software,the whole machine model of cotton straw cutting and baling harvester and the statics analysis of the key parts are carried out.The results of statics analysis show that the maximum equivalent force of the moving tool is 286 MPa,the maximum deformation is 0.4 mm,which is lower than the maximum yield strength of the tool material,and the maximum equivalent force of the eccentric rocker arm under normal operation is 0.027 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.000073 mm,is far lower than the maximum yield strength of the rocker connecting rod material,which can ensure the rationality and applicability of the machine.The research results will provide a theoretical reference for further optimization design of the machine,which is of positive significance to the research of cotton stalk harvest and utilization of cotton stalk resource.
