摘要
为了实现麦田精确施药的自动化,基于PLC控制器建立喷药流量控制模型,进而实现喷药自动化控制。PLC控制器采集流量传感器数据,上传到控制中心,经过喷药流量控制模型计算后,控制信号返回PLC控制器,通过PLC输出控制电压,实现电磁比例阀开闭控制,进而调整流量。测试PLC控制器线性输入范围,建立比例阀开合度与PLC控制信号关系,标定流量传感器;建立流量与PLC控制信号关系式,完成喷药流量控制模型。测试结果表明,系统具有良好的精度与可靠性。
In order to achieve Precise Spray Control for wheat field,based on PLC controler,flow control model was built,and then the automatic control system for spray was achieved.The PLC controler collected flow sensor data,and uploaded data to control center.The control signal which was calculated by flow control model was returned PLC controler.The opening degree of solenoid proportional valve was changed by PLC control voltage.Linear range of PLC was tested,and flow sensor was calibrated,and then the relationship between the opening degree of solenoid proportional valve and PLC control signal was achieved;The result of system test showed that this system had great accuracy and reliability.
