摘要 葛种植起垄作业是葛种植生产的关键环节,起垄高度需要达到50cm以上,现有旋耕起垄机起垄高度均达不到要求。为此,在国内现有旋耕起垄机技术的基础上,设计研制了集深旋耕与高起垄作业于一体的葛种植旋耕起垄机。田间试验结果表明:该机具有结构合理、工作平稳、生产效率高及作业成本低等优点,能够满足葛种植深旋耕高起垄作业要求,适合于广大葛种植专业户、合作社及农业企业使用。 The ridge raising operation is the key part of Puerarialotobaplanting production. The ridge raising height needs to be more than 50 cm, and the existing rotary tillage ridge does not meet the requirements. Based on the analysis of the existing rotary tillage ridgerin China,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of the rotary tillage ridger for Puerarialobata, which integrates deep rotary tillage and high ridging operation, and designs a new rotary tillage ridger for Pueraria planting. The machine can complete deep rotary cultivation and ridging at one time. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable work, high production efficiency, low operation cost, etc. it can meet the requirements of deep rotary cultivation and high ridging operation of Pueraria planting, and is suitable for the use of the vast Pueraria planting households, cooperatives and agricultural enterprises.
