摘要
为了提高农机零部件夹具的设计效率和设计精度,将虚拟仿真和有限元分析软件运用到夹具的优化设计上。采用虚拟建模软件建立了夹具的三维模型,并对模型进行了虚拟装配,最后利用有限元分析软件对夹具的推力杆件进行了仿真分析,优化了夹具的尺寸。对采用有限元分析优化前后的夹具的装夹精度进行了对比,结果表明:采用有限元分析优化可以明显提高夹具装夹的准确性,进而提高零部件的加工精度。
In order to improve the design efficiency and precision of the fixture for agricultural machinery parts, it used the virtual simulation and finite element analysis software in the optimal design of the fixture. It established the three-dimensional model of the fixture by using the virtual modeling software, and carried out the virtual assembly of the model. Finally, it used the finite element analysis software to simulate the thrust bar of the fixture and optimize the size of the fixture. It compared the clamping accuracy of the fixture before and after the finite element analysis optimization. The comparison results showed that the clamping accuracy of the fixture can be significantly improved by the finite element analysis optimization, and then it improved the machining accuracy of the parts.
