温室大棚智能水肥一体机的设计与试验 被引量:15

摘要 针对个体农户温室大棚灌溉设备,设计了温室大棚智能水肥一体机,并进行了样机试验。该机主要由肥料供给单元、水源供给单元、混合单元及控制单元组成,按照各单元功能完成了一体机整机结构、水肥混合装置、精准施肥装置等设计。为进一步提高水肥均匀度混合效果,集成STM32单片机通信模块与手机APP,通过控制进水口和吸肥口阀门开度,实现了水肥比例精确控制。在温室大棚试验平台上对样机进行灌溉施肥试验,结果表明:在确定水肥混合器入口压力和给定水肥混合比例的试验条件下,该机具有良好的水肥混合效果,精准施肥性能稳定,操作简单,能够达到预期的设计目标,具有推广使用价值。 Aiming at the irrigation equipment of individual farmers’ greenhouse, an intelligent water and fertilizer machine for greenhouse was designed and tested. The machine is mainly composed of fertilizer supply unit, water supply unit, mixing unit and control unit. According to the functions of each unit, the design of the whole machine structure, water and fertilizer mixing device and precise fertilization device is completed. In order to further improve the mixing effect of water and fertilizer uniformity. Integrated STM32 MCU communication module and mobile phone APP, through the control of the inlet and suction valve opening, to achieve accurate control of the proportion of water and fertilizer. The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions of determining the inlet pressure of the water and fertilizer mixer and the given mixing ratio of water and fertilizer, the machine has a good mixing effect of water and fertilizer, and the precise fertilization performance is stable. The intelligent water fertilizer all-in-one machine has stable and reliable performance, simple operation, and can achieve the expected design goal, which is conducive to the popularization.
