Research and Exploration of Safety Team Construction in Refining and Chemical Enterprises

围绕炼化企业安全班组建设中“人”这一核心要素,从班组人员结构分布、能力素质、身心健康等3个方面分析了现状及存在的不足,提出了改进措施,对强化炼化企业安全班组建设、筑牢安全管理基础具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。

Focusing on the core element of"people"in the construction of safety teams and groups in refining and chemical enterprises,this paper analyzed the current situation and shortcomings from three aspects of team members′structure distribution,ability and quality,physical and mental health,and put forward improvement measures,which had certain reference value and practical significance for strengthening the construction of safety teams and groups in refining and chemical enterprises and building a solid foundation of safety management.
