河南省高职院校专业预警及退出机制研究

Research on Early Warning and Withdrawal Mechanism of Specialties of Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province

通过对河南省高职院校专业发展进行研究,建立专业预警及退出标准,设置预警指标。根据市场需求,通过调研,提前预警,根据就业状态、毕业生薪水等确立专业退出机制,进一步优化专业结构。

Based on the research of the specialty development of higher vocational colleges in Henan,this paper proposes early warning and withdrawal mechanism standards for college specialties,as well as earlywarning index.Early warning can be achieved by investigating market demand.On the basis of key indicators such as employment rate and salary of graduates,the withdrawal mechanism for specialties can be initiated to optimize the specialty structure.
