世界技能大赛参赛选手心理素质培养策略分析——以化学实验室技术赛项为例

Analysis on the Cultivation of Psychological Quality of Contestants in World Skills Competition——Taking the Chemistry Laboratory Technology Competition as an Example

化学实验室技术赛项是世界技能大赛2019年开始的新增赛项,要求参赛选手在比赛过程中完成化学测试、测量确定、实验室管理及安全防护等工作。参赛选手在赛场上要想取得好成绩,既需要过硬的技能水平,更需有较高的心理素质。在剖析参赛选手备赛期间和赛场上常见心理问题的基础上,提出了通过配备兼职心理教师、营造轻松和谐训练环境、合理宣泄负面情绪、模拟比赛等途径提升选手心理素质,以期对选手在大赛中发挥其正常竞技水平发挥积极作用。

As a new event of the World Skills Competition in recent years,the chemical laboratory technol⁃ogy competition requires the competitors to compete in chemical testing,measurement determination,laboratory management and safety protection during the competition.In order to get a good result in the competition,the competitors need to have excellent skills and high psychological quality.Analyzing psychological problems of the competitors in preparation and during the competition,the paper points out that psychological quality of the competitors can be improved by creating a relaxed and harmonious training environment,letting negative emo⁃tions out and carrying on simulation competition as well as the help of a part-time mental training teachers,which hopes to play positive roles in their performance in the competition.
