中国制造企业国际化过程中的技术创新策略——以吉利汽车为例 被引量:3

摘要 研究制造企业国际化过程中的技术创新策略,可以揭示影响企业国际化绩效的关键要素,为制造企业通过优化技术创新策略来提升国际化绩效提供借鉴。本文以吉利汽车为例,采用单案例研究法研究了我国制造企业的技术创新策略问题。结果表明:自主创新、多方位的国际技术合作、跨界技术合作及重视知识产权保护,是提升我国制造企业国际化绩效的关键要素。我国制造企业可通过如下策略提升国际化绩效:根据目标市场情况实现技术创新方式的多样化;努力提升技术消化和吸收能力,以缩小与国外先进国家(地区)的技术差距;重视目标市场和新兴市场消费需求特征的创新活动;对未来的技术市场发展趋势作出准确判断;重视对技术、品牌及创新商业模式等知识产权的保护。 Studying the technological innovation strategy in the process of internationalization of manufacturing enterprises can reveal the key factors that affect the internationalization performance of enterprises,and provide references for manufacturing enterprises to improve the internationalization performance by optimizing technological innovation strategy.Taking Geely Automobile as an example,this paper uses the single case study method to study the technological innovation strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The results show that independent innovation,multi-faceted international technical cooperation,and cross-industry technical cooperation and emphasis on intellectual property protection are the key factors to enhance the internationalization performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.China’s manufacturing enterprises can improve their international performance through the following strategies:realizing the diversification of technological innovation modes according to the situation of the target market;striving to improve the abilities of technological digestion and absorption to narrow the technology gap with foreign advanced countries(regions);paying attention to the innovation activities oriented to the characteristics of consumption demand in domestic and emerging markets;making accurate judgment on the development trend of technology market in the future;and attaching importance to the protection of intellectual property rights such as technology,brand and innovative business model.
