摘要
提出一种基于浮地源的功率器件测试能力提升方法。该方法利用浮地源特点,通过合理的硬件设计,将测试能力提升一倍,解决了由于技术封锁导致设备板卡无法升级的问题。该方法可应用于电源管理类、电源模块类以及电压调整器类等模拟集成电路中的功率器件测试。
Propose a Test Capability Improvement Method of Power Devices based on Floating Resources.This method takes advantage of the characteristics of floating source,and through reasonable hardware design,the test ability can be doubled.It solves the problem that the device board cannot be upgraded due to technical blockade.This method can be used to test power devices in analog integrated ciruit,such as power management devise,power module,voltage regulator.
