摘要
西林瓶是一种常见的胶塞和铝塑组合盖封口的灌装药剂瓶。本文选取基于瓶身定位的西林瓶表面缺陷检测方法,大大提升罐装西林瓶缺陷检测精度并且促进的灌装西林瓶成品的分拣效率。实验共选取400组西林瓶样本,包括无缺组100组,瓶底缺陷100组以机瓶身缺陷200组,实验数据对缺陷组的综合检测准确率达98.3%,对无缺组的检测准确率达100%。数据结果表明,先定位再检测的缺陷检测方法可以有效检测西林瓶表面缺陷。
Penicillin bottle is a kind of common filling medicine bottle sealed by rubber stopper and aluminum plastic combination cap.In this paper,the surface defect detection method based on bottle positioning is selected to greatly improve the detection accuracy of canned vials,and promote the sorting efficiency of canned vials.A total of 400 groups of samples of penicillin bottles were selected in the experiment,including 100 groups without defect,100 groups with defect of bottle bottom and 200 groups with defect of bottle body.The comprehensive detection accuracy of experimental data for defect group was 98.3%,and that for non defect group was 100%.The results show that the defect detection method of first locating and then detecting can effectively detect the surface defects of vials.
