摘要
文中设计了一种可弱化噪声干扰和频散效应的定位算法,采用变分模态分解方法将声发射信号分解为若干个不同频带宽度的模态函数,并通过合并含有主要能量成分的模态函数获得声发射源信号的主要成分,最后采用互相关分析方法确定声源位置。实验结果表明,文中所提算法对声发射源定位是有效的、精确的,在一维和二维AE源定位实验中,文中所提方法综合定位误差在5%以内。
This paper designed a localization algorithm that can weaken noise interference and dispersion phenomenon.The variational modal decomposition method was used to decompose the acoustic emission signal into several modal functions with different frequency bandwidths.The main components of the signal were obtained by combining the modal functions which contain the main energy components,and finally the cross-correlation analysis was used to determine the source location.Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is effective and accurate for the source location,the comprehensive location error of the proposed method is less than 5%in the one and two dimensional acoustic emission source localization experiments.
