摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加汉麻籽、汉麻籽粕和汉麻籽壳对黑山羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。选择健康、年龄相近、体重为(11.68±1.04)kg的黑山羊24只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只。各组黑山羊分别饲喂基础日粮和添加5%汉麻籽、5%汉麻籽粕和5%汉麻籽壳的全混合日粮(TMR)。预试期10d,正式试验期30d。结果显示,山羊日粮中添加汉麻籽及其副产物对黑山羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵参数无显著影响(P>0.05),山羊日粮中添加汉麻壳显著降低黑山羊肌肉滴水损失(P<0.05),山羊日粮中添加汉麻籽及其副产物对黑山羊血清生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,汉麻籽及其副产物可以应用于动物生产中,汉麻籽壳与汉麻籽粕能够改善肉品质。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of hempseed and its by-products on growth performance,rumen fermentation,meat quality and serum biochemical parameters of black goats.Twenty-four black goats with similar body weight(11.68±1.04)kg were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and one goats in each replicates.Goats in the four groups were fed basal diet(CON)and total mixed rations(TMR)which added 5%hempseed,5%hempseed meal and 5%hempseed hull,respectively.The pretrial lasted for 10 d,and the trial lasted for 30 d.The results showed that adding hempseed and its by-products to goat basal diet had no significant effect on performance and rumen fermentation of black goats(P>0.05),adding hempseed hull to goat basal diet significantly decreased the drip loss of black goats(P<0.05),adding hempseed and its by-products to goat basal diet had no significant effect on blood parameters of black goats(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that hempseed and its by-products can be used for animal production as a good resource of plant protein,hempseed hull and meal can improve meat quality.
