Effect of mushroom waste by microbial fermentation on production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and digestive tract enzyme activity of beef cattle

摘要 试验研究微生物发酵香菇下脚料对肉牛生产性能、养分表观消化率及消化道酶活性的影响。采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近、健康的荷斯坦育肥肉牛60头,随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛。试验1组(空白对照组)肉牛饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.5%、2.0%、2.5%微生物发酵香菇下脚料。预试期10d,正式试验期56d。结果显示,试验3、4组试验荷斯坦育肥肉牛的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组试验荷斯坦育肥肉牛的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组试验荷斯坦育肥牛的十二指肠、空肠中的食糜中胰白酶、蛋白酶的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在荷斯坦育肥肉牛日粮中添加2.0%微生物发酵香菇下脚料较为适宜。 The experiment studied the effect of mushroom waste by microbial fermentation on beef cattle production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and digestive tract enzyme activity.A single-factor random design experiment was used to select 60 healthy Holstein fattening beef cattle with similar weights and randomly divided into four groups with 15 replicates in each group and one Holstein fattening beef cattle in each replicate.Beef cattle in experiment group 1(blank control group)were fed with the basal diet,and experiment group 2,3,4 were added 1.5%,2.0%,2.5%mushroom waste by microbial fermentation to the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test was 10d,and the test period was 56d.The results showed that the average daily gain of Holstein fattening beef cattle in experiment group 3 and 4 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber of Holstein fattening beef cattle in experiment group 3 and 4 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The activities of trypsin and protease in chyme of duodenum and jejunum of Holstein fattening beef cattle in experiment group 3 and 4 were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that it is more appropriate to add 2.0%of mushroom waste by microbial fermentation。
