紫锥菊提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验研究紫锥菊提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响。选择360只体重相近的1日龄肉鸡雏,分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。ZZJ0组、ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组分别在基础日粮中添加0、2、4和6 g/kg的紫锥菊提取物。试验期42 d。结果显示,ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的末重、平均日增重极显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.01)。ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组肉鸡的平均日采食量极显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.01)。ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡料重比极显著低于ZZJ0组(P<0.01)。ZZJ2组和ZZJ4组肉鸡的屠宰率极显著高于ZZJ0组和ZZJ6组(P<0.01),ZZJ4组显著高于ZZJ2组(P<0.05),ZZJ6组显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.05)。ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的半净膛率和全净膛率极显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.01),ZZJ4组极显著高于ZZJ2组和ZZJ6组(P<0.01)。ZZJ4组肉鸡的腿肌率极显著高于ZZJ0组和ZZJ2组(P<0.01),显著高于ZZJ6组(P<0.05)。ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的胸腺指数极显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.01)。ZZJ2组、ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的法氏囊指数极显著高于ZZJ0组(P<0.01),ZZJ4组极显著高于ZZJ2组和ZZJ6组(P<0.01)。ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的免疫球蛋白G (IgG)和免疫球蛋白M (IgM显)著高于ZZJ0组和ZZJ2组(P<0.05)。ZZJ4组和ZZJ6组肉鸡的NDV抗体滴度显著高于ZZJ0组和ZZJ2组(P<0.05)。试验表明,紫锥菊提取物能够提高肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能,ZZJ4组效果最佳。 The experiment studied the effect of echinacea extract on growth performance, slaughter performance and immune function of broilers. 360 1-day-old broilers were divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 30 broilres in each replicats. The ZZJ0 group, ZZJ2 group, ZZJ4 group and ZZJ6 group were supplemented with 0, 2,4, 6 g/kg echinacea extract in basic diet, respectively. The trial period was 42 d. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of broilers in the ZZJ2, ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 groups were extremely higher than those in the ZZJ0 group(P<0.01). The average daily feed intake of broilers in ZZJ2 and ZZJ4 groups was extremely higher than that in ZZJ0 group(P<0.01). The feed-to-weight ratio of broilers in ZZJ2, ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 group was extremely lower than that in ZZJ0 group(P<0.01). The slaughter rate of broilers in ZZJ2 and ZZJ4 groups was extremely higher than that in ZZJ0 and ZZJ6 groups(P<0.01), ZZJ4 group was significantly higher than ZZJ2 group(P<0.05), and ZZJ6 group was significantly higher than ZZJ0 group(P<0.05). The half evisceration rate and full evisceration rate of broilers in ZZJ2, ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 groups were extremely higher than those of ZZJ0 group(P<0.01), and ZZJ4 group was extremely extremely higher than ZZJ2 and ZZJ6 groups(P<0.01). The leg muscle rate of broilers in the ZZJ4 group was extremely higher than that of ZZJ0 group and ZZJ2 group(P<0.01), and significantly higher than that of the ZZJ6 group(P<0.05). The thymus index of broilers in ZZJ2, ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 group was extremely higher than that of the ZZJ0 group(P<0.01). The bursa index of broilers in ZZJ2,ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 groups was extremely higher than that of ZZJ0 group(P<0.01), and the ZZJ4 group was extremely higher than the ZZJ2 and ZZJ6 group(P<0.01). The Ig G and Ig M of broilers in ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 group were significantly higher than those in ZZJ0 and ZZJ2 group(P<0.05). The NDV antibody titers of broilers in ZZJ4 and ZZJ6 group were significantly higher than those in ZZJ0 and ZZJ2 group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that echinacea extract can improve the growth performance, slaughter performance and immune function of broilers, and the ZZJ4 group has the best effect.
