饲粮中添加荞麦秸秆对家兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及表观消化能的影响

Effect of buckwheat straw diet supplemented on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and apparent digestible energy of meat rabbits

试验研究饲粮中添加荞麦秸秆对肉兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和表观消化能的影响。选取240只33日龄左右、体重约1.1 kg、健康状况良好的新西兰兔,随机分为4组,每组60只。对照组饲喂不添加荞麦秸秆的基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别饲喂添加8%、16%和24%的荞麦秸秆粉的饲粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期36 d。结果显示,试验2组肉兔的平均日增重最大,试验2组肉兔的料重比显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验2组肉兔的干物质表观消化率显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验1组肉兔的粗蛋白质消化率显著高于试验3组(P<0.05)。试验1组肉兔的中性洗涤纤维消化率极显著高于对照组、试验3组(P<0.01)。试验1组肉兔的酸性洗涤纤维消化率极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。试验表明,在家兔饲粮中添加一定比例的荞麦秸秆能提高肉兔的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和总能表观消化率,荞麦秸秆的适宜添加比例为8%~16%。

The experiment studied the effect of buckwheat straw diet supplemented on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and apparent digestible energy of meat rabbits.240 healthy New Zealand meat rabbits at 33 days of age were randomly divided into four groups with 60 rabbits in each group.The rabbits in control group were fed with buckwheat straw free diet,and each test group was fed with 8%,16%,24%buckwheat straw powder instead of sunflower seed shells and bran respectively.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the trial test period was 36d.The results showed that the average daily gain of the meat rabbits in test group 2 was the largest,and the feed-to-weight ratio of the meat rabbits in test group 2 was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter of the meat rabbits in test group 2 was significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.05).The crude protein digestibility of meat rabbits in test group 1 was significantly higher than that in test group 3(P<0.05).The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in test group 1 of meat rabbits was extremely higher than that of control group and test group 3(P<0.01).The digestibility of acid detergent fiber in test group 1 of meat rabbits was extremely higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that buckwheat straw can improve growth performance,nutrient digestibility and apparent digestibility of energy of meat rabbit diet,and the appropriate buckwheat straw supplemental level in the diet of rabbits is 8%〜16%.
