摘要
试验旨在优化黄花蒿多糖的酶法提取工艺。以酶的种类(纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶)、酶添加量、酶解温度、酶解时间为试验因素,以黄花蒿多糖得率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验。结果显示,用纤维素酶酶解处理的黄花蒿多糖得率最高,最佳工艺条件为酶添加量1.5%、酶解温度45℃、酶解时间2h。此条件下,黄花蒿多糖得率为14.65%。
The study aimed to optimize the enzymatic extraction process of polysaccharide from Artemisia annua L.Taking enzyme types(cellulase,pectinase,papain),enzyme dosage,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature,enzymatic hydrolysis time as the test factors,and taking the yield of Artemisia annua L.polysaccharide as the evaluation index,orthogonal test was carried out based on single-factor test.The results showed that the polysaccharide yield of Artemisia annua L.polysaccharide treated with cellulase enzymatic hydrolysis was the highest.The optimal process conditions were enzyme addition dose 1.5%,enzymolysis temperature 45℃,and enzymolysis time 2h.Under the conditions,the yield of Artemisia annua L.polysaccharide was 14.65%.
