乡村振兴战略背景下农村社区教育集团建设的实践探索——基于江苏省溧阳市的考察

The Practice Exploration of the Construction of Rural Community Education Group under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Based on the Investigation of Liyang City,Jiangsu Province

通过农村社区教育集团对农民进行农业技能培训,支持和鼓励农民就业创业,拓宽农民创收增收渠道,有助于乡村振兴。针对农村社区教育中出现的问题,江苏省溧阳市首先在各乡镇组建以地域划分的农村社区教育集团。以其为例进行研究认为,通过集团管理模式共建、优势项目互补、培训资源共享、师资团队互助的合作模式,采用取长补短、抱团取暖、共建共享的方式,能促进农村社区教育集团建设,助推乡村振兴与经济发展。

Training farmers in agricultural skills,supporting and encouraging farmers to start businesses and expanding their income through rural community education group will help the rural revitalization.In view of the problems in rural community education,Liyang City first set up rural community education groups in different towns.Taking Liyang as an example,the paper thinks that through the cooperation of group management,project,training resources and teachers,it can promote the construction of rural community education group and boost rural revitalization and economic development by learning from each other's advantages,holding group for mutual assistance and co-construction and sharing.
