高职院校新商科专业“双师型”教师的能力要求、培养困境与提升策略 被引量:4

摘要 在数字经济时代,新商科专业“双师型”教师应具备“数据驱动”的学科思维、多维度的专业素质、多样的知识传授方式等新能力。然而,当前新商科专业“双师型”教师正面临着专业知识更迭加速、生源结构多元、进修渠道单一、实践动力不足等方面的能力提升困境。因此,设定科学的能力标准、设计实施性强的培养方案、引导企事业单位积极参与教师培养和完善教师评价体系等举措是培养高水平新商科专业“双师型”教师队伍的有效路径。 In the era of digital economy,"double qualification"teachers in new business majors should have"Data-Driven"discipline thinking,multi-dimensional professional quality,and new abilities in various ways of knowledge transfer.However,at present,"double qualification"teachers in new business majors are facing the difficulties of ability training,such as the accelerated change of professional knowledge,the diversified structure of students,the single learning channel,the lack of practical motivation and so on.Therefore,it is an effective way to cultivate high-level"double qualification"teachers in new business majors by scientifically setting scientific ability standards,designing practical training programs,guiding enterprises and institutions to actively participate in teachers'training and improving teacher evaluation system.
