在国家政策的推动下,中职学校成为推进民族技艺传承的重要场所,专业则是其主要载体。然而,中职学校推动民族技艺传承的整体效果欠佳。同时,中职学校专业发展面临转型的压力。基于此,民族技艺传承与中职学校专业融合发展成为必然。民族技艺传承能够为中职学校专业转型发展提供资源等多方面的支撑,且两者具有逻辑的自洽性,两者的融合发展具有实现的可能性。为有效推进民族技艺传承与专业的融合发展,需要通过构建民族技艺传承与专业融合发展的良性机制、夯实融合载体、创新融合模式和推动改革等措施来实现。

Under the promotion of national policies,secondary vocational schools have become an important place to promote the inheritance of national skills,and specialty is its main carrier.However,the overall effect of promoting the inheritance of national skills in secondary vocational schools is not good.At the same time,the specialty of secondary vocational schools is facing the pressure of transformation.Based on this,it is inevitable that inheritance of national skills and secondary vocational school specialty should be integrated.The inheritance of national skills can provide resources and other support for the specilty transformation and development of secondary vocational schools,and the two have logical self consistency,so the integration development of the two has the possibility of realization.In order to effectively promote the integrated development of national skill inheritance and specialty,we need to build a benign mechanism of the integrated development of national skill inheritance and specialty,consolidate the carrier of integration,innovate the mode of integration and promote reform.
