In his works,Marx implied the discourse of spatial criticism of capitalism and provided the methodology of spatial criticism of historical materialism.With the development of capitalism,the domination and production of space by capital logic become more and more complex and profound,which result in the theoretical need for space interpretation of Marx’s critique of capitalism.Foreign Marxism has formed a series of thoughts of spatial criticism,even though the focus of these thoughts is different.They include global,productive,fractured and virtual interpretation methods,which can not only be regarded as the development of the study of contemporary capitalism,but also can be regarded as the realistic approach following Marx’s logic of spatial criticism.By probing into the internal correlation and logical trend between these theories and Marx’s thought,it is helpful to understand the new changes of contemporary capitalism and the development path of foreign Marxist theories.
