Based on the explanation of the connotation of the patent strategy of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,the important value of using patent to protect their intellectual property rights in the process of technological innovation is analyzed to reveal the legal risks of patent strategy of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.By investigating the status quo of the implementation of the patent strategy of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,the legal dilemma is investigated.Then the implementation path of the patent strategy of the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises are put forward from perspectives of macrocosm and microcosm,so as to provide the policy and legal guarantee for promoting the innovation development of the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.
