地方高师院校学生心理韧性的研究现状及提升策略 被引量:1

Status Quo and Improvement Strategies of Students'Psychological Resilience in Local Normal Schools

摘要 地方高师院校学生心理韧性水平良好但优势不明显,担任班级或社团干部学生的心理韧性水平较高,专接本学生、本科生和专科生的坚韧和力量水平依次降低,不同学校学生坚韧水平差异显著,理科学生乐观水平显著高于文科学生。地方高师院校应定期开展团体心理辅导,构建校园保护因子网络,为学生提供适当的实践活动机会,有效提升学生心理韧性水平。 The resilience level of students in local normal colleges is good,but the advantage is not obvious.The resilience level of students who are class or community leaders is higher.The resilience and strength levels of students who are junior college students,undergraduates and junior college students decrease in turn.The resilience level of students in different schools has significant differences.The optimism level of science students is significantly higher than that of liberal arts students.Local Normal Universities regularly carry out group psychological counseling,construct campus protection factor network,provide students with appropriate opportunities for practical activities,and effectively improve the level of students'psychological resilience.
