摘要 针对目前基于文丘里吸肥管水肥机吸肥量不稳定、水肥混合均匀性不高等问题,设计了一种文丘里管加注肥泵的水肥一体化设备,并采用CFD数值模拟方法对SolideWorks绘制的水肥机三维模型进水口压力,速度及进肥口压力速度对水肥混合均匀性能的影响进行仿真分析并进行实验验证,为后续水肥机进水口压力速度及注肥口压力速度的选取提供数据支撑。试验结果表明:水肥机进水口速度0.8m/s、注肥口速度0.6m/s、压力为0.15 MPa时,出口处离子浓度波动最小,水肥混合最均匀;在不同进水速度、注肥速度下水肥混合均匀度均系数均大于0.85,符合生产要求。 In view of the present based on venturi tube machine water fat absorption fertilizer consumption instability,mixing uniformity of water absorption is not high,this research designs a venturi tube filling pump fat cucumber in equipment,using CFD numerical simulation method to Solideworks drawing 3 d model machine water inlet pressure,speed and into fat mouth pressure effect on the performance of mixing water simulation analysis and experiment validation.It provides data support for the selection of inlet pressure velocity and inlet pressure velocity of the subsequent water and fertilizer machine.The simulated experiment verified that the inlet velocity of the water and fertilizer machine was 0.8m/s,the inlet velocity of the fertilizer injection was 0.6m/s,and the pressure was 0.15MPa,with the minimum fluctuation of ion concentration at the outlet and the most uniform mixing of water and fertilizer.The average coefficient of water and fertilizer mixing uniformity was greater than 0.85 at different water inlet velocity and fertilizer injection velocity,which met the production requirements.
