摘要
旋耕机是农业生产过程中进行旋耕及土地平整的农业机械,可实现对土壤的破碎和对土地的平整,为农作物播种提供优良的土壤环境。随着农业自动化和精细化农业的发展,土壤旋耕过程中对旋耕深度的要求更加严格,利用可编程控制器(PLC)可实现旋耕机作业过程中旋耕深度的自主控制。工作过程中,利用传感器监测旋耕深度,经过上位机对比分析,将对比数据传输给控制器,控制器根据对比数据进行逻辑判断,同时发出相关执行指令,控制执行机构动作,使旋耕深度保持所需求深度。试验表明:利用可编程控制器与上位机建立的控制系统,可实现旋耕机旋耕深度的精确控制。
Rotary tiller is a kind of agricultural machinery for rotary tillage and land leveling in the process of agricultural production,which can break the soil and leveling the land,and provide a good soil environment for crop sowing.With the development of agricultural automation and fine agriculture,the requirement of rotary tillage depth is more stringent in the process of soil rotary tillage.The use of programmable logic controller(PLC)can realize the automatic control of rotary tillage depth in the process of rotary tillage operation.Sensors are used to monitor the depth of rotary tillage in the working process.After the comparative analysis of the upper computer,the comparative data are transmitted to the controller.The controller makes logical judgments based on the comparative data,and sends out relevant execution instructions to control the action of the executing mechanism so as to maintain the required depth of rotary tillage.The experiment shows that the precise control of rotary tillage depth can be realized by using the control system established by the programmable controller and the upper computer.
