摘要
为解决农田地膜残留严重、回收不充分等问题,研制了一款残膜静电回收装置。在滚筒与摩擦毛毡摩擦起电产生静电场条件下,对输送速度、滚筒与皮带距离、压缩弹簧弹力和滚筒转速4个影响因素进行单因素和多因素试验分析。结果表明:各因素共同作用,输送速度为0.6m/s、滚筒与皮带距离为30mm、压缩弹簧弹力为145N、滚筒转数为45r/min时,装置的吸附效果最好。为了防止击穿放电现象的发生,滚筒转数不应超过45r/min;为防止b、c类残膜发生打滑,输送速度不应大于0.8m/s。试验证明了装置设计的合理性,可为后续的改进工作奠定基础,同时为静电吸附研究工作提供理论依据。
In order to solve the problems of serious residual film and insufficient recovery in farmland,a residual film electrostatic recovery device was developed.Under the condition of electrostatic field generated by frictional electrification between the roller and the friction felt,the single-factor and multi-factor tests were performed to analyze the four influencing factors of the conveying speed,the distance between the roller and the belt,the spring force of the compression spring and the speed of the roller.The results show that the effects of the device are the best when the conveying speed is 0.6m/s,the distance between the roller and the belt is 30mm,the spring force of the compression spring is 145N,and the rotation speed of the roller is 45r/min.At the same time,in order to prevent the occurrence of breakdown discharge,the rotation speed of the drum should not exceed 45r/min;to prevent the b,c type residual film from slipping,the conveying speed should not be greater than 0.8m/s.The test proves the rationality of the device design,lays the foundation for subsequent improvement work,and provides theoretical basis for the research work of electrostatic adsorption.
