基于挖拔收获的胡萝卜几何参数及力学特性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了获得胡萝卜收获装备基础设计依据,以山东胡萝卜主产区常见品种为研究对象,试验研究了与挖拔组合式联合收获机互作特性相关的胡萝卜的植株几何参数、田间拔起力学特性和茎叶抗拉强度。试验结果表明:胡萝卜茎叶高度在490~680mm之间,其根部入土深度区间为139~256mm,裸露土上根长0~27mm,根顶直径36~67mm;在无松土和倾斜拔取状态下胡萝卜拔起力和拔断率比较高,在根底部松土且垂直拔起状态下胡萝卜拔起最省力且拔断率最低;胡萝卜茎叶抗拉强度区间为(0.75,1.76)MPa,大部分断裂点在茎叶与根部结合处。 In order to obtain the design basis of carrot harvesting equipment,the plant geometric parameters,field pull-up mechanical properties and the tensile strength of stem and leaf of carrot related to the interaction between carrot and digging and pulling combined harvester were experimental studied by taking the common varieties of Shandong carrot as the research object.The results showed that the height of carrot stems and leaves ranged from 490 mm to 680 mm,the depth of root penetration ranged from 139 mm to 256 mm,the length of root on bare soil ranged from 0 mm to 27 mm,and the diameter of root apex ranged from 36 mm to 67 mm.The pull-up force and pull-out rate of carrot were higher under the condition of no loosening soil and tilting pull-out,and the pull-out rate was the lowest under the condition of loosening soil at the bottom of root and vertical pull-up.The tensile strength of carrot stems and leaves ranged from(0.75,1.76)MPa,and most of the break points were at the junction of stem and leaf and root.
