摘要 为了提高拖拉机箱体类零部件的设计和加工效率,将UG软件一体化建模和加工仿真技术引入到了零部件的设计加工过程中,并利用遗传算法对加工工序进行优化,从而得到合理的加工工艺路线,提高拖拉机复杂零部件的加工效果。为了验证该方法的可行性,以拖拉机箱体盖板零部件的加工为例,对零件进行了建模和数控加工仿真。由仿真计算结果可以看出:采用遗传算法优化后可以明显提高零部件的加工效率,对于加工路线和工艺的优化具有重要的作用。 In order to improve the design and processing efficiency of tractor box parts,it introduced UG software integrated modeling and processing simulation technology into the design and processing process of tractor box parts,and it used genetic algorithm to optimize the processing process,so that a reasonable processing process route can be obtained and complex parts of tractor can be improved.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,taking the processing of tractor box cover plate parts as an example,the parts are modeled and simulated by numerical control.The simulation results show that the processing efficiency of parts can be obviously improved by using genetic algorithm optimization,which is important for the optimization of processing route and process.
