北疆盐角草内生真菌群落组成和分布 被引量:6

Community composition and distribution of endophytic fungi in Salicornia europaea from the northern Xinjiang

摘要 为了揭示新疆北疆地区盐角草内生菌群落组成和分布,本研究对北疆地区6个区域的盐角草进行采样,并利用高通量测序法对其内生菌进行测序,分析其群落组成和多样性。实验获得1 211 121条有效序列,其中,相对丰度大于0.001%的OTUs数为125个,涉及真菌界6个门,子囊菌门(Ascomycota)真菌占绝对优势,其占各样品序列数的95.9%-99.7%;6个区域的盐角草共有内生真菌OTUs数为31个,占实验分析OTUs数的24.8%,其所涉及序列数占总有效序列数的58.3%,表明在北疆盐角草内生菌分布存在一定偏好性。多样性分析表明,北疆地区盐角草内生菌分布存在着显著的差异。其中,莫索湾区域盐角草样品(MSW)中内生真菌多样性指数显著高于其它样品。群落组成分析表明,链格孢属(Alternaria)是各区域样品中的优势属,其相对丰度在24%-90%之间,而新凸轮孢菌属(Neocamarosporium)、葡萄座腔菌属(Botryosphaeria)、镰孢菌(Fusarium)、赤霉属(Gibberella)、翅孢壳属(Emericellopsis)等属在不同样品中存在着较高的含量,其差异可能与采样点的土壤微生物和土壤盐碱化有关。 In order to reveal the community composition and distribution of the endophytic fungi in Salicornia europaea plants, samples were collected from six regions in the northern Xinjiang, and the endophytic bacteria were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing method to analyze the community composition and diversity. Total of 1,211,121 effective sequence tags were obtained. The number of OTUs with relative abundance greater than 0.001% was 125, involving 6 phyla of fungi. The fungi Ascomycota was dominant, accounting for 95.9%~ 99.7% of the total sequences. 31 OTUs were observed in all samples, accounting for 24.8% of the total OTUs, and they involved 58.3% of the effective sequences. Which suggested that there was a certain preference for the endophytes habiting in Salicornia europaea in northern Xinjiang. Diversity analysis showed that there were significant differences in the endophyte′s distribution. The fungal diversity indexes of MSW samples were significantly higher than that in other samples. Community composition analysis displayed that Alternaria was the dominant genus in each sample, with the relative abundance from 24% to 90%. Neocamarosporium, Botryosphaeria, Fusarium, Gibberella and Emericellopsis were presented frequently in some samples. The community distribution of endophytic fungi may be influenced by the soil microorganisms and the soil salinization in sampling points.
