陕西省绥德师范学校创建于1923年。1924年夏,中共早期党员、西北革命先驱李子洲出任校长。李子洲、王懋廷是中共绥师党组织的发起人,中共绥师党组织的建立,标志着陕北党组织的建立。陕北党组织的建立为陕北革命根据地、陕甘边革命根据地及西北革命根据地奠定了坚实的组织基础。考证中共绥师党组织的建立,对研究陕西党史、西北党史具有非常重要的历史和现实意义。

Suide Normal School was founded in 1923.In the summer of 1924,Li Zizhou,an early member of the Chinese Communist Party and a pioneer of the northwest revolution,became president.Li Zizhou and Wang Maoting were the initiators of the Party Organization of the Suiyi Division of the Chinese Communist Party.The establishment of the Party Organization of the Suiyi Division of the Chinese Communist Party marked the establishment of the Party Organization of Northwestern Shaanxi.The establishment laid a solid organizational foundation in Northwestern Shaanxi,the Shaanxi-Gansu border and China.The research on the establishment of the Party Organization of the Suiyi Division of the Communist Party of Northwestern China is of great historical and practical significance to the study of the Party history of Shaanxi and the Party history of northwest China.
