摘要
针对微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation,MICP)技术用于水泥基材料的改性试验工艺进行研究,探究了拌合、浸泡、真空抽压、二阶段工艺下MICP对水泥基材料的抗压强度影响,并使用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)进行分析。通过对比不同试验方法改性效果得出基于达西定律渗透原理用于材料改性试验的二阶段工艺方法。结果表明,随着二阶段处理次数的不断增加,其强度变化与其他3种差距越来越大,经过6次循环处理后的试样强度较标准养护提高24%,比真空抽压处理强度提高20%,比浸泡处理强度提高22%,比拌合处理强度提高46%。
Microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation(MICP)technology used in modification test process of cement-based materials was studied,and the resistance of MICP to cement-based materials under the mixing,immersion,vacuum pressure,and two-stage process was explored.The influence of compressive strength was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).By comparing the modification effects of different test methods,a two-stage process method based on Darcy’s law permeation principle for material modification test was obtained.The results show that with the continuous increase in the number of second-stage treatments,the strength change is larger and larger than the other three types.After 6 cycles of treatment,the strength of the sample is 24%higher than that of standard curing and 20%higher than that of vacuum pressure treatment,which is 22%higher than the soaking treatment strength and 46%higher than the mixing treatment strength.
