摘要
在文章的分析过程中,主要针对电镀镍过程中出现表面发黑、粗糙,以及分散能力较差的故障进行详细的分析,并基于此提出相应的解决措施。可以有效的利用赫尔槽试验的方式,对其除杂剂的添加量进行确定,之后便可以很好的解决故障问题。
In the analysis process of this paper,the surface blackening,coarseness and poor dispersion of nickel electroplating are analyzed in detail and the corresponding solutions are put forward.It can effectively use Hull Cell test to determine the amount of impurity remover and then it can solve the problem of fault.
