摘要
针对喷药机智能化和自动化程度不高、喷雾均匀性较差的问题,对喷药机结构进行了优化设计,并对电气控制系统进行了改进和分析。该喷药机的主要组成部分为驱动模块、药液管理模块、转向控制模块和电气控制模块。通过对喷药机的电气控制系统进行优化,包括采用混合投影方式确定目标位置及利用RBF神经网络方式对采集的目标点进行路径规划,提高了喷药机的智能化和自动化控制水平。为验证喷药机的性能,对其进行控制性能和喷雾均匀性试验,结果表明:喷药机控制性能良好,喷雾均匀性和喷雾效果均得到有效提高。
Aiming at the problem of low intelligence, low automation and poor spray uniformity, the sprayer was designed, and the electrical control system was improved and analyzed.The sprayed was constituted of driver module, pharmaceutical management module, steering control module and electrical control module.To improve the intelligent and automatic control of spryer, the electrical control module of sprayer was improved.It included that determine the target position by hybrid projection mode, and plan the path for collected target position by RBF neutral network mode.To verify the performance of sprayer,the control performance and spry uniformity tests were done.The test results show that the control performance of the spray was well, and the spray uniformity and spray effect were improved.
