2BJ-3B型薏苡播种机设计与试验

摘要 针对贵州地区薏苡种植机械化水平低、山地作业为主的问题,设计开发了一种适合山地作业的轻型薏苡播种机,由机架、镇压驱动轮、仓转式排种器、开沟器及排肥组件组成。同时,设计改进了一款针对薏苡的勺轮排种器,通过台架试验确定了最佳转轴速度区间[15,17]及最佳传动比区间[3.49,3.95]。田间试验表明:整机播种合格率达到90%,平均株距60cm,株距变异系数4.48%,平均粒数12.07粒,粒数变异系数8.72%,平均作业效率0.32hm2/h,整机质量小且可用于其他同大粒种作物播种使用,对于推动贵州薏苡种植机械化具有重要意义。 A light coix seeder suitable for mountain operation has been designed and developed,aimed to the problems of low mechanization level of coix planting in Guizhou Province,and mainly in mountain operation,2BJ-3B Coix seeder is composed of frame, pressing driving wheel, spoon wheel seeder, and trencher.A scoop wheel seed metering device for coix was designed and improved,and the best speed range of the rotating shaft [15, 17],and the best transmission ratio range [3.49, 3.95] were determined by bench test. The field experiment shows that the qualified rate of the whole machine is 90%, the average plant spacing is 60 cm, the variation coefficient of plant spacing is 4.48%, the average number of seeds is 12.07,the variation coefficient of the number of seeds is 8.72%,the average operation efficiency is 0.32 hm2, the whole machine is light and can be used for other small seed seedling sowing, which is great significance for promoting the mechanization of regular coix planting.
